Welcome to Gallery 18!

Gallery No. 18 Rofan Mountain Range is dealing solely with landscape photography in this stunning place of nature. The Rofan is a jewel in the Alps, with over 2.000 metres of limestone peaks rising between mountain lakes, deep gorges and picturesque alpine pastures. Additionally to the Rofan Mountain Range as a part of the Brandenberger Alps in this Gallery shots of the Kienberg Mountain Range are also included.

There are particularly promising mountains with a very impressive mountain landscape: Down in the valley lies the blue Lake Achensee, opposite the peaks of the Karwendel and on the other side the Zillertal Alps with the main Alpine ridge. The Rofan mountains are a destination for every season: whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter - these mountains offer great hikes.   The Rofan offers a varied landscape that inspires both hikers and mountaineers - at all seasons and times of day. Hence some summits in this gallery have been climbed several times to capture different weather & lighting conditions. All different seasons over the year are covered in this new gallery.
